I absolutely love Harvey! He is so patient, detailed, and truly understanding. I’ve been using this product for a while now, and it has been great. Anytime I’ve had an issue, it was fixed right away, which I really appreciate. Strong app to connect with my Shopify store. I do find that some workflows could be easier and more intuitive - but once things get sorted out it works fairly smoothly. I do wish that there was less for me to do to initiate the listings being added to my Reverb store, but for the most part it works pretty well.

The app works well, there is a bit of a learning curve to get it to work. However, the support staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I mainly use it with Ebay integration right now. I will be moving to the Amazon integration but can tell it will be an additional learning curve there.
