**Powerful Software That Has Exceeded My Expectations**

LitCommerce has been a great tool for syncing our large eBay inventory with Shopify. There was a learning curve at first, but the more I use the platform, the more impressed I become with its capabilities. The Sell Similar functionality alone has helped us efficiently refresh thousands of stale eBay listings—something that would have been extremely time-consuming to handle individually.

Their support team recently helped me understand the correct workflow for a specific group of listings, and the information they provided solved my problem.

I’m giving four stars because communication with support can sometimes feel more like a debate than a straightforward effort to understand the user’s question. Still, the software itself has exceeded my expectations and includes all the tools I currently need. Overall, I’m very satisfied with LitCommerce and would recommend it to sellers managing inventory across multiple platforms.

Absolutely phenomenal app and support! I spent over 4 years struggling with Codisto/Marketplace Connect without realizing there were better solutions out there. When Marketplace Connect completely stopped working (and their support didn't care), I went searching in desperation for something...anything...that would work.

I hurriedly scheduled demos from three different apps to evaluate. LitCommerce was the first to respond, and their initial contact included enough resources to explore it on my own. I installed it and started playing with it; two hours later I canceled my other two app demos.

It is well designed and intuitive enough that all I needed was a 5-minute intro video to start using it. In one afternoon, I transferred my entire catalog of around 350 items to LitCommerce, got all of my templates set up, and saw everything listed on eBay. Simple. Easy. Perfect. I ended the day by gleefully uninstalling Marketplace Connect. I normally don't make decisions this fast, but I was losing money, and needed a quick fix.

I had issues with two items which seemed like they were not updating correctly, so I contacted support. They jumped right on it, checked everything, and concluded that the items were submitted to eBay correctly. They did this in REAL TIME. The problem was on eBay's end; they were slow to update those two items. The next day both items were live and perfect with no further work needed from me or LitCommerce support.

Time is precious to a small business owner, and now I will need to spend much less of it getting my items listed on eBay! Highly recommended!

Our experience with LitCommerce was extremely frustrating. We have approximately 400 existing products already listed on both Shopify and Etsy, AND CURRENTLY SYNCED WITH ANOTHER SYNCING APP, but because Shopify identifies them as “simple” products while Etsy identifies them as “variant” products, LitCommerce was unable to properly link and sync the existing listings. Even with mathcing SKUS.

For an app designed specifically to simplify multichannel selling, we certainly didn't expect such a basic difference between two major platforms to create this kind of problem. Especially since all products are currently synced with another APP.

The proposed solution was even more disappointing: either manually modify roughly 400 products individually or **delete all 400 products from our Shopify store and recreate them by syncing them back from Etsy**. Neither is a reasonable solution for an established business with hundreds of existing listings. We installed LitCommerce specifically to save time and streamline Shopify, Etsy and eBay management—not to create hours of additional work or require us to rebuild our Shopify catalogue. Unfortunately, this was a very negative experience and ultimately we decided to uninstall the app.
